Mr. Narbaria holds Masters Degree in IT / Computer Application. He took over the reins of business at the young age of 21 and handled responsibilities for setting the company's strategic vision as well as supporting the firms with complete IT Support to maintain smooth business. A member of upper management, As the director of operations he ensures that a company's everyday activities run smoothly. As a professional he often set parameters to judge how efficiently and effectively the organization is operating. He spent most of his time in reviewing and evaluating business procedures ranging from office expenses to real estate assets. Accordingly, he is also responsible for overseeing the work of other upper-level management executives. With the strong urge to help and motivate start ups he partnered with Mr. Sahhaii as the Co Founder of EFC. He has enrich experience in supporting, guiding & mentoring companies in the technical & development areas. At EFC India he is looking forward to support & guide young businesses.

Mr. Akash Rai
Head Business Acquisition

Experienced manager with skills in leading direct reports as well as cross-functional teams, managing a service line from cradle to grave, justifying new project development investments, determining and documenting new service requirements, developing sales forecasts and pricing. Akash is having six years rich experience in business development for various sectors like IT infrastructure, Media & PR. Proven ability to manage key market relationships and large-scale projects. Experience with representing senior management in discussions with others in the company, and meeting with customers, training and assisting sales staff, and coordinating the activities of IT sales division.

Mr. Kedar Kulkarni

Extreme professional personality with 7 years of experience in various sectors like telecom, infrastructure and real estate, sharing his knowledge and network in strategic planning and business development in Real Estate (commercial leasing) arena, identifying untapped markets & business opportunities, understanding the entire gamut of the infra business and brand development, and swiftly ramping up projects with cross functional skills & special delivery mechanism. He is majorly looking in to developing plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals, creating culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement – possibly more important than the first item on this list Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.

A Qualified Manager responsible for supervising property management staff and overseeing operations at all sites in pune. As an Operations Manager He establish, maintain and oversee effective staffing, management systems and client relations to help ensure the organization is achieving its goals of providing permanent, affordable office space to formerly office space seekers individual and organisations. His basic KRA is to participate in the creation of departmental strategies, operational procedures and process development.
